People between the age of 18 and 59 who need assistance when it comes to staying in their current home.

Business/Walk-In hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

The Adult Services Case Management program coordinates a variety of assistive services for individuals with a goal of maintaining independence and the ability to stay within their current home. While the Adult Services Case Manager does not coordinate medical care, they coordinate many other services and is a great resource for clients.

Offers shelter for families and individuals experiencing homelessness, housing case management, permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, home buyers program/community housing development program, supportive services coordination, and rent-reduce apartments for income-qualified households.
