permanent housing. Must have income.

Provides recovery and resiliency based support to adults living with mental illness. Housing is a very important component to recovery. Having the security of a home and the support of services helping to navigate through housing issues is beneficial. A flexible support that can help individuals obtain, maintain and/or improve their current housing situation.
Services are provided in individuals' homes and in the community. 1 hour per week up to more intensive scheduling based off the individual's needs.
