Current homeowners age 55 and older or with a disability in Indiana County with a Deed in their name. Application must be for owner-occupied primary residence. No campers/RV's, recreational cabins, vacation homes, second homes, or rental properties. Property value must not exceed Indiana County median value Must have current homeowner insurance. Property must not be located in a flood zone. Property taxes must be paid current. Must meet household income eligibility criteria.
