Child Support and Custody Services

Establishes and enforces support orders per Pennsylvania State Guidelines. Assists parties in filing against non-custodial parents who live out of county, state, or country. Attempts to establish paternity in all cases in which the child(ren) were born out of wedlock and no paternity acknowledgment has been signed. Performs locate services if a non-custodial parent’s whereabouts are unknown. Also assists clients in job searches by providing information about PA CareerLink®.

Fee

There are no filing fees, however other fees may apply once a case has been established.

Domestic Relations is a court related department that establishes and enforces child support, spousal, and alimony pendent lite orders per the Pennsylvania State Guidelines. Bucks County Domestic Relations: --assists parties in filing against non-custodial parents who live out of county, state or country at either office location. --will attempt to establish paternity in all cases in which the child(ren) were born out of wedlock and no paternity acknowledgment has been signed. --performs locate services if a non-custodial parent's whereabouts are unknown.
