Services include: adult and pediatric primary care; dental care for adults and children; drug and alcohol outreach and relapse prevention program; HIV/AIDS prevention/testing; homebound elderly outreach program; immunizations/well-child care; obstetrics/prenatal/gynecology services; on-call physician services 24 hours/day; parent/patient/family education; podiatry; pastoral and spiritual care; sliding fee scale.
