Provides a range of human services designed to help members of the target community build healthy and independent lives and become self-sufficient and productive members of society. Services include English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, adult literacy programs, life skills training, computer literacy, language interpretation and translation, and accompaniment to medical and other appointments.

Provides culturally sensitive health, human, and educational services to African and Caribbean immigrants and refugees (ACIR) in the greater Philadelphia area. Maintains a presence in the community through street outreach and building relationships with community establishments, braiding salons, churches, mosques, community organizations and associations, stores, restaurants and schools located in the geographic area populated by our target population.
