A) Children ages 7 yrs to 12 yrs and Teens 13yrs to 16 yrs of age.
B) Income guidelines apply.
C) Children of residents residing in Bloomsburg, Lightstreet, Mifflinville, Catawissa, Millville, New Media, Benton, Stillwater, Orangeville, Aristes, Centralia, Wilburton and Danville.
