Plans, coordinates and administers drug and alcohol services for the tri-county community, especially the un-insured or under insured. The Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program includes public information, as well as evaluation, education and treatment of the DUI offender. CRN evaluations for those arrested in Carbon County. Alcohol Highway Safety Class for those arrested in Carbon or those transferred from another county
