Application process
Call or visit the website to report a concern online. Be as specific as possible when providing the locations of maintenance problems. The county, municipality, and the traffic or state route number should be identified. Provide as much of the following as possible: A) Name of the County B) Name of Township/Borough C) Name of road D) Closest intersection
