Provides assistance for Hispanic and refugee communities of Erie become self-sufficient. Provides English as a Second Language Classes, Interpreting, Translating, Immigration, Day Care, Case Management, Employment, Drug & Alcohol, Aging, Diversity Training, Truancy and Cultural Enrichment.
