Emergency Housing Assistance

* Emergency Housing Assistance (EHA) will provide one month rent/security deposit to individuals who are in danger of eviction or homelessness. Individuals must meet eligibility and affordability guidelines and requirements and may receive assistance only one time. * Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Services in the form of security/utility deposit, rental arrears, first month or current monthly rental payments are also available to individuals and families experiencing a recent hardship that are either “homeless” or “ at risk of homelessness” and can document future affordability. Individuals and families must meet eligibility and affordability guidelines and requirements.

Must meet 200% FPIG; have nowhere to go; and document ability to retain or secure other suitable housing arrangements or acceptance into shelter within a week of entry. Carbon County only.
