Participants live in their own housing in the community and receive 3+ months of case management. This may include budgeting guidance, landlord advocacy, education about available resources, and short-term rental assistance. Keeping individuals and families in their own housing is our top priority. Their available services assist over 300 men, women, and children per year, and include the following: --Case management and goal planning --Resource development --Life skills & parenting support --Mentoring/volunteer support --Appropriate levels of financial assistance for rent, utilities, transportation
