Provides home-bound seniors and adults with disabilities freshly prepared, healthy meals to ensure they are well-fed and can live independently for as long as possible. They deliver meals Monday - Friday with the help of volunteers who care about their clients and provide a friendly wellness check. In addition to home delivered meals, they offer their clients a variety of added services such as food pantry deliveries, emergency food boxes and pet food for their furry companions. Fees are based on a sliding scale and determined after a home assessment. Referrals are welcomed.
