Eligibility
Serving those with functional impairment who are 60 years of age or older
or have post-stroke dementia, Parkinson's or a dementia-related
disease such as Alzheimer's or other organic brain syndrome.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm

Fees
Hourly costs are based on the level of care needed. Financial assistance may be available through Area Agency on Aging and other resources.

Offers a medically monitored day program for seniors over 60 years of age who may be medically fragile and/or socially isolated in need of assistance but do not need 24-hour nursing home care. The program provides daily activities, socialization, nutritious meals and snacks, medication management, daily exercise, and transportation.
