WIOA Program
Provides employment and training support to individuals of Native American, Alaskan, and Hawaiian descent. Services include financial aid for education and job training programs, help with employment-related issues (resume writing, interview skills, etc.), vocational assessment, referral to other available programs, and direct job referrals/placements.

Eligibility
Serves individuals of Native American, Alaskan Native, and Native Hawaiian descent. Must be: 18 years of age or older or a high school senior, AND A resident of Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia, AND Unemployed, working part-time or beneath your level of skills (or considered low income based on Federal guidelines).

Council of Three Rivers American Indian Center
Provides support services to American Indians; JTPA employment and training; emergency counseling and crisis intervention; cultural library, classes and speakers; adoption placement program for minority and special needs adoptions; adoption resource exchange referral services; foster care program; housing information; Head Start Program: Preschool program for children ages three and four. Classes are held four days a week.
