Provides assessments for those dealing with alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use problems. Helps with referrals to support services and treatment. Contracted services include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, partial hospitalization, halfway house, non-hospital detoxification and rehabilitation, hospital-based detoxification and rehabilitation, methadone maintenance and other medication assisted treatment.
