Must be a resident of Luzerne or Wyoming counties. Must be age 60 years old or older (or will turn 60 by December 31, 2026).

Application process
Distribution will begin in June 2026 and will be in person only, with no applications necessary, just proof of address and age. Check intake website for dates and times.
If an eligible senior is physically unable to attend a distribution event in person, a proxy can act in their place, with a completed proxy form. Blank Proxy forms to print can be found on intake website or can be mailed upon request. A person may be a proxy for up to four (4) persons
