Children who qualify for Medical Assistance and meet medical necessity for any of the services: at risk of out of home placement including inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, and/or displaying high levels of aggression/self injurious behavior (SIB) that would seriously jeopardize the safety of the individual or the family
