Provides comprehensive nutrition screening, one-on-one counseling and educational services, breastfeeding education and support, and supplemental food vouchers to women, infants, and children (up to age 5).
Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania
Works with hospitals, federally funded community health centers, free-standing clinics, direct-service agencies, WIC centers, HIV/AIDS service organizations, and other community-based organizations to provide services to thousands, who might otherwise go without needed care. Service areas include reproductive health, nutrition health, adolescent health, HIV/AIDS programs, and the HealthyWoman program.
