Visit the website or call for details and instructions for applying through a Community Based Organization (CBO). Customers of some utility companies can complete part or all of the application on the Dollar Energy Fund website. PLEASE NOTE: PECO and PPL are NOT participating companies. Please reach out to them directly to learn about their internally-managed hardship programs.

Please visit the website or see below for the list of participating utility companies and to learn how to apply. Applicants can only receive one grant per utility, per program year (October 1 through September 30).
