Provides year-round care to at-risk children that encourages learning through socialization, routine, and daily activities. Offers toddler care, Pre-K, Kindergarten (full-day), and after school care, where children will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and purposeful play to support their developmental skills.

Addresses the social, intellectual, economic, emotional, and physical needs of the people of Wilkinsburg by utilizing the services of area agencies. Services include a teen parent program, employment training, summer youth employment, advanced educational programs and basketball clinics.
