A) Cumberland County resident with proof of 30 days of residency B) Household must have adequate permanent income and demonstrate the ability to maintain rent and sustain their basic needs C) Temp agency employees must be steadily employed for 12 months D) Must meet the definition of Homeless or Near Homeless E) Must find a property and have a lease in place to participate in the program F) Qualified persons moving into subsidized housing are only eligible for one-time assistance with security deposit or first month's rent

Focus Population
Provides rental assistance, case management, and homelessness prevention services to qualified Cumberland County residents who are homeless or near homeless. Services include intake and assessments, budgeting services, sustainability planning, case management, and social services & agency referrals. Note: Does NOT provide emergency housing, hotel/motel vouchers, or funding/payment assistance for hotel or motel stays.
