Eligibility
Lebanon county resident with diagnosis of intellectual disability based
on results of objective standardized testing. Diagnosis of
intellectual disability requires that both a person's general
intelligence and ability to function in daily life are significantly
below average. These two conditions must be present at birth or occur
prior to person's 22nd birthday.

Provides funding and administrative oversight for services in their community that support people and their families living with serious and persistent mental illness, children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis, individuals with intellectual disability, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and children birth to age three (3) for early intervention services.
Through an intake process, a person’s eligibility for services and funding is determined and referrals are made to appropriate programs that correspond to service needs.
