Description
Provides financial assistance to people in the community who are going through an unexpected crisis and cannot find assistance from any other source. The program primarily serves residents of the East End of the City of Pittsburgh who are at risk of homelessness, job loss, or an inability to meet fundamental needs due to unexpected circumstances.
