Provides energy conservation measures installed to houses or mobile homes in order to reduce heating/cooling and utility costs. Measures may include attic insulation, floor insulation, furnace testing, weather stripping, door sweeps, caulking, hot water heater and pipe wrap, faucet aerators, low flow showerheads and energy education
