Families with complex needs requiring ongoing regular support for intensive needs.

Office Hours: Monday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
Call 412-335-7446 and select option 1 to connect to an Intake Specialist. The Intake Specialist will complete an intake form over the phone (about 10 to 20 minutes), then refer to a Case Manager.
