Singles - Permanent Supportive Housing
Through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant and partnership with Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health, FCSDC provides supportive housing for single homeless participants who suffer from mental health and/or substance abuse. Selected candidates are provided ongoing financial assistance in the form of rental subsidy vouchers that can be used to secure a housing with an account incentive. Through intensive case management clients are assisted with budgeting, household management, job training, and employment support.
