Utility Mediation Program
Provides Utility assistance and/or mediation services for eligible clients experiencing difficulty with utility payments. Intensive follow-up and referral services are provided. Available customer assistance programs include: Penelec, PPL, Dollar Energy, Claverack Rural Electric, Sullivan Rural Electric, and UGI.
