Offers primary care, gender-affirming care including HRT, PrEP for HIV prevention, testing for and education about HIV, hepatitis C, and STIs , routine gynecological care, and mental and behavioral health services. HIV Support includes treatment, case/care management, and support groups. Onsite pharmacy.

Agency was founded as the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force in 1985 by Kerry Stoner and a small group of volunteers. Services have expanded beyond HIV prevention and care to address the diverse needs of our community in Pittsburgh.
