Description

Provides an array of services to older adults to help them remain in their own homes and to live independently in the community. Services include grocery shopping, minor home maintenance, help completing forms, help with money management, coordinating transportation, medication reminders, friendly visitors, and more.

Offers a variety of free and practical services to older adults and individuals who are disabled so they have access to health care and an improved quality of life. Provides information about housing, nursing care, or emergency assistance. Services are provided by professional social workers and trained volunteers.
