Assists individuals with a criminal record, who have served their sentence (including probation and parole) and are seeking a pardon of their records. Connects these individuals with a volunteer Pardon Coaches to aid them in their journey.
A pardon is a powerful tool for people who deserve a second chance. In Pennsylvania, the pardon process is free and more accessible than ever before. The Program was created to help individuals with a criminal record in their community move forward in their lives.

Provides services and programming for individuals involved in the justice system as well as services for their families.
- Pretrial Services, pretrial supervision, and bail assistance
- Reentry Resource Center - providing referrals and information for community resources
- Reentry programs and services for any individual with a criminal record, including assistance securing basic needs, transportation, and IDs.
- Reentry employment assistance including employment preparedness, resume writing, financial literacy, education/skill assessments, computer lab access, and employment placement.
- Registered pre-apprenticeship program that provides career and technical education, hands-on learning, and an employment-focused curriculum with job readiness skills.
- Workforce development program for individuals with a criminal record and mental health diagnosis and currently receiving case management services at SAM, Inc.
