Description

Helps individuals to have eligible arrest and conviction information removed from their records; in some cases, assistance with applications for pardons/amnesty is available. This service can increase the ability of individuals to obtain employment, housing, certain benefits, and the restoration of civil rights (such as the right to vote or hold public office).

Advises and represents low-income residents of 4 southwestern PA counties in family, housing, and economic matters. Also representing petitioners in protection from abuse proceedings without regard to income.
