Description
Helps individuals with disabilities meet their vocational needs by combining vocational assessment, placement in a paid position, on-the-job training, and long-term support. Workers earn competitive wages while working in a flexible, individualized, consumer-centered program, guided by a team that includes staff members from Private Industry Council (PIC) and the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).
