Walk-in for eye tests, appointment required for driving test. Tests can be scheduled by calling during normal business hours. Photo ID cards are also available on a walk-in basis. 4-year driver license and photo ID may be renewed via mail or online at pa.gov. Driver's license and Photo ID must be renewed every four years by mail. Senior citizens have the option of renewing every two years.
