Provides emergency shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness when county government declares a Code Blue, when temperatures are forecast to drop to or below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. May also be called with higher temperatures based on consideration of wind chill, precipitation, or other circumstances.
Coalition to Shelter and Support the Homeless
Provides shelter on Code Blue nights. Links the homeless and financially distressed to needed resources such as limited emergency funds, food, clothing, healthcare, and education.
