Fulton County Medical Center - Social Services

Works with patients and their families to deal with the emotional, financial, and social stress that accompanies illness and hospitalization. Offers services in a variety of forms, which may include talking with family members and patients about services available in the community, or working to ensure that appropriate plans and services are in place at the time of discharge. Provides support through our Social Worker, Stephanie Weller, in both inpatient (at the medical center) and outpatient (at an external location) settings, for optimal flexibility in seeking the help you need.

Operates as a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation that owns and operates a 21-bed critical access hospital, a level IV trauma center, and a 67-bed skilled nursing care facility.
