Fulton County Medical Center - Nutritional Counseling and Education
Provides nutrition counseling and education from Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionists (LDNs), who draw on their experience to develop individualized plans that translate nutritional science into practical guidance for healthy living for individuals of all ages. Supports healthy weight management, improved eating habits, and reduced risk of chronic illness. Creates a specialized nutrition plan to help individuals better manage conditions such as diabetes and pre-diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, cancer, celiac disease, eating disorders, food allergies, pregnancy (including gestational diabetes), child and adolescent nutrition, and vegetarian diets.
