Provides supported living services to individuals with mental health needs through medication monitoring and in-home assistance. In-home assistance includes budget and shopping education, nutritional education, household maintenance support and life skills. Supported Living Services include, but are not limited to, budgeting and shopping assistance, nutrition education, household maintenance support, and life skills assistance.
