Provides case management services for all persons with mental illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder, including those with probation violations, from the point of formal arraignment to the time of sentencing.

Provides individualized, specialized, and enhanced service coordination to both children and adults with behavioral health needs. Through child/adolescent and criminal justice-related programs, links individuals and families with the services they need.
