Eligibility

Eligibility is determined through a multidisciplinary evaluation with parent consent. This evaluation is arranged through Expert Community Care Management (ECCM). A child from birth until their 3rd birthday is eligible if they have a developmental delay, a diagnosed physical or mental condition, or if qualified professionals determine eligibility based on clinical judgment.
