Eligibility
Open to individuals age 18 and older who are not currently employed.
Serves those who face barriers to employment such as poverty, low educational attainment, criminal background, past addiction, transitioning from homelessness, etc.
Special focus on people who need immediate employment (such as court mandated or refugees).

Application process
Call, email, or fill out the Enrollment Inquiry form linked below.
Orientation every four weeks. Application (available at orientation) and intake interview.
Fees
Training provided free of charge. Stipends are provided along with bus passes, daily meals, and uniforms.

Offers four to eight-week training program in the culinary field. Upon successful completion of the training, students will be placed into industry employment.

Provides culinary-based on-the-job training, transitional employment and support to individuals with barriers to employment. Individuals coming out of incarceration or currently in halfway houses are encouraged to enroll.
