Residents of Philadelphia who were arrested and some or all of the
charges did not result in conviction, can file for expungement of
charges that didn’t end in conviction.

Represents low-income individuals through the expungement process. Conducts monthly community-based intake sessions in the communities most affected by criminal history record information. Intake sessions are staffed by volunteers, primarily law students. Following intake, petitions for expungement are reviewed, filed, and argued by PLSE’s staff attorneys.
