discrimination.

Provides legal representation for individuals whose rights have been violated by a housing provider. The program is able to file complaints with HUD and PHRC and to fully represent the individual at all stages of the process, free of charge.

Fair Housing Law Center
Provides free legal counsel and representation on behalf of individuals who were denied housing based on their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability.
Educates community members about illegal acts affecting themselves or others under the Fair Housing Act.
The Fair Housing Law Center is a HUD funded project of Summit Legal Aid.
