Legal Representation
Provides legal representation for individuals whose rights have been violated by a housing provider. The program is able to file complaints with HUD and PHRC and to fully represent the individual at all stages of the process, free of charge.

Complete the Fair Housing Rights Assessment Form via the intake website, or call for additional information.
Fee
Services provided free of charge. Offers free legal representation to anyone who experiences housing discrimination regardless of income.
Eligibility
Open to all individuals and famlies in the service area, regardless of income, who believe that they have been the victim of housing discrimination.

Provides free legal counsel and representation on behalf of individuals who were denied housing based on their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability. Educates community members about illegal acts affecting themselves or others under the Fair Housing Act. The Fair Housing Law Center is a HUD funded project of Summit Legal Aid.
