Eligibility
A) Children ages 8 to 17 with a primary diagnosis of epilepsy who can perform all activities of daily living independently (eating, bathing, dressing, and basic hygiene)
B) All applications undergo Medical Committee review for eligibility.

Fees
There is no application fee but, if accepted, there is a registration fee of $350. Full and partial scholarships are available for eligible applicants through the EFEPA.
