Provides financial assistance with West Penn Power electric bill or Borough of Chambersburg utility bill. This agency also administers the funding in regard to the Borough of Chambersburg Project HEAT vouchers.

Serves as a church up front and foremost, maintaining a longstanding commitment to supporting the community and meeting individuals in their time of need. Provides financial assistance with rent, utilities, electric, life-sustaining medications, and funerals. Offers laundry services, shower facilities, meals through a soup kitchen, and a thrift store. Operates a small court-ordered supervised visitation program and can assist those in need with placement in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Offers seasonal programs including senior heating assistance, Christmas assistance for children, and Coats for Kids.
