Eligibility
Applicant or household must meet ONE of the following criteria:
- Be 55 or older
- Individual within the household is disabled
- Household is receiving unemployment compensation
- Household has verifiable, recent loss of income within the past 30
- A veteran resides in the household
- Household has a medical related emergency
- If an applicant does not qualify under one of the above criteria and the household falls within 0% - 200% FPIG (Federal Poverty Income Guideline)
