Offers adult learners the opportunity to earn an actual high school diploma if they did not get to finish school the first time. Because of a collaboration with three school districts, an adult can choose to earn the high school diploma from Titusville Area, Forest Area, or PENNCREST School District.

Assists adults and families in Titusville and the surrounding region to improve basic skills and break the 'cycle of illiteracy.' Offers tutoring to improve an adult's basic skills or to study for the GED, ASVAB, Driver's Permit, or various entrance exams and works with children, as well. Assist adults with a second chance to earn a high school diploma from Titusville Area, Forest Area, or PENNCREST School Districts.
