Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)
Provides assistance to eligible individuals who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless and who also have severe mental illness. Meets with clients in the community and helps clients locate housing (temporary or permanent), financial assistance to avoid eviction, and links to mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Penndel Mental Health Center is a private, non-profit community mental health center, which has been providing psychiatric and social services to residents of Lower Bucks County for over 40 years. Affiliated by contract with the Bucks County Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation since 1969, PMHC is one of three base service units in Bucks County whose mission is to make quality services readily available to all residents.
