Eligibility
A) 60 years of age and older
B) Be in need of services, as determined by an intake screening process
C) Be capable of being transported to and from the service site
D) Be in need of a structured program of activities or services.

Assists senior adults with an IDD to help improve upon functioning in the community and offers a stimulating peer support group. Provides group activities for seniors with intellectual or developmental disabilities in an on site adult day center.
