Anyone who self-identifies as having a criminal background or carries some sort of record

Takes clients who have self-identified with having a criminal background through a 4 step career readiness and job search process with hopes of getting that client skills training and landing a job where they can make a living wage and progress in their career. The process consists of the following employment services:
  • Landing a Job with a Criminal Background Seminar/Workshop
  • Resume Preparation Workshop
  • Application and Interviewing Workshop
  • Foundation Skills/TABE assessment/Career Interest Profile
  • Individual Employment and Training Planning
  • National Career Readiness preparation and certification in work
based Math, Reading, and Locating information
  • Soft Skills training
  • Occupational Skills Training specifically addressing Lancaster
County's in demand occupations (if needed). Training is offered through Stevens College, LCCTC, etc. and include but are not limited to: Intro to Welding/Blueprint, MetalCasting, Forklift/Certified Logistics Associate, Intro to Manufacturing,
